Just like any other business, hotels are bound by law to provide their guests with a safe environment and prevent any form of injury. This includes but is not limited to making sure that their employees are not negligent or careless when dealing with guests and ensuring the safety of their customers. Unfortunately, most guests are not aware of their rights as guests in the hotels they lodge. This is why I wrote this book. To enlighten my readers with their rights as hotel guests.
