Pride Goes Before a Fall

Alani, an only child of his kind, humble and wealthy parents, was of the opposite character of his parents. He was proud, mean and rude to everybody, and this was a great displeasure and concern to his parents, who had done everything possible to discipline and correct him, all to no avail.
